Lead Ophthalmic Technician
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the description.
First, there is a description paragraph about Penn Medicine mission etc. That's generic but could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could be summary of role. The posting includes a Summary paragraph: "The Lead Ophthalmic Technician provides the resource management skills..." That's about the role. So we can put that under About the role
with
. Then Responsibilities: there is a list of responsibilities after "Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:" and later a separate "Responsibilities:" heading with bullet list. We need to combine? The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should output a
- list of responsibilities. Should we include all responsibilities from both sections? Yes, preserve all substantive info.
We need to avoid duplication. The responsibilities list includes many items. We'll combine them into a single list.
Then Requirements: The posting has "Credentials:" and "Licensure:" sections. Those are requirements. Also maybe "Education and certification will be considered in lieu of experience". So we can put under
- ... each responsibility item
- Credentials items
- Licensure items
Requirements
a- list.
Skills: There's "Skills and Abilities:" with bullet-like sentences. We'll put under
Skills
a- .
Benefits: There's a paragraph about benefits: "We believe that the best care for our patients starts with the best care for our employees. Our employee benefits programs help our employees get healthy and stay healthy. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits program that includes one of the finest prepaid tuition assistance programs in the region." That's benefits content. So we can include
Benefits
with. Pay: Not mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay section. Schedule: The posting includes "Hours: Fulltime, Monday-Friday, Onsite". That's schedule info. So we can include
Schedule
withmaybe. Also location: "Department: Ophthalmology Locations Penn Presbyterian Medical Center- 51 N 39th Street". That could be part of About the role or maybe separate but not a required heading. We could include location in About the role paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. We must not include navigation etc. We must not include duplicated lines. We must not invent or summarize away detail. We must preserve all substantive info. Let's extract substantive info: - Mission statement: "Penn Medicine is dedicated to our tripartite mission of providing the highest level of care to patients, conducting innovative research, and educating future leaders in the field of medicine. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This mission statement is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered generic marketing. However it's substantive info about the organization.
