Lead Operator- 2nd Shift 3p-11p (M-F)

Shift Details

• Working shift: Monday to Friday, 3pm-11pm
• Training shift: Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm

Location: Seymour, CT - Onsite

Hourly Range: $20.00-$25.00

Essential Job Functions

• Review documentation / work orders
• Set up work including but not limited to: Move reels in work area, onto and off of the payout and take up machines
• Feed cable through machinery
• Change / adjust tooling
• Label product
• Maintain / clean machine
• Store / arrange supplies / materials
• Operate fork trucks and change cylinders
• Document processes
• Communicate with supervisors
• Clean work area
• Train employees
• Participate in team meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in the wire & cable industry a plus but not required
• High school degree required
