Lead Operations Technician, Mosquito Control

About the role

Responsible for managing mosquito control operations, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and maintaining high standards of public health.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement mosquito control strategies to reduce infestations.
• Monitor and report on mosquito populations and environmental conditions.
• Ensure all operations are conducted safely and in accordance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to address public health concerns related to mosquitoes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in entomology, public health, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in mosquito control or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mosquito biology and life cycles.
• Experience with mosquito control equipment and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Schedule
