Lead OPC Agent

Responsibilities

• Acts as team lead and assists with scheduling needs.
• Provides feedback to managers regarding individual performances and recommends additional training.
• Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
• Exceeds budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures all Owners and guests meeting eligibility requirements are open to learning more about products and services.
• Uses persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.

Requirements

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
• Enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone.
• Flexible schedule available to work weekends and holidays.
• Concierge, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks such as reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
