About the role
Directs and coordinates the activities of the unit personnel on the shift. Accepts patient load as indicated, assumes responsibility for being on-call and weekend coverage as designated by Department Director.

Requirements
- Credentials with Equivalent Qualifications: Registered Nurse AL Single State or any of the following equivalent qualifications below:
- Registered Nurse AL NLC Multi State
- Registered Nurse Non-AL NLC Multi State
- Basic Life Support
- Education with Equivalent Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Nursing in Nursing or Associate of Science Nursing in Nursing
- Experience with Equivalent Qualifications: 1 Year job experience as Staff Level with specialization in the field of Nursing Surgical

Skills
Operating room experience is the epitome of teamwork. With at least one Surgeon, one Anesthesiologist, one Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), one Circulating Nurse and one Scrub Nurse or Certified Scrub Technician taking care of one patient at a time. Provides surgical care in a sterile environment.
