About the Role

Seeking a Nursing Leader to oversee medical services in a correctional facility while maintaining direct patient care as an LPN Medical Services Coordinator or RN Medical Team Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations of the medical unit
• Provide hands-on patient care and oversee nursing workflows
• Support, mentor, and guide nursing staff to promote teamwork and clinical excellence
• Collaborate with providers to develop and evaluate individualized care plans
• Advocate for patients while ensuring compliance with standards and documentation

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with active licensure
