Lead - Nurse 2

What You'll Do

As an RN Lead 2, you'll blend hands‑on nursing with team leadership. You will:

• Support the Practice Manager in keeping clinic operations running efficiently
• Mentor and train clinical staff so they can deliver their very best
• Help shape a positive, supportive, patient‑centered culture
• Coordinate daily workflows and keep things moving smoothly
• Provide excellent direct patient care—assessments, injections, screenings, education, and more
• Lead vaccine program operations (VFC/VFA) where applicable
• Ensure supplies, equipment, and safety processes are always ready for action

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) and 3 years experience as a Nurse in the specified program area; or Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) and 5 years related program‑specific nursing experience
• Current active Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Kentucky Board of Nursing required
