About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Nuclear Medicine Technologist to provide clinical leadership and technical expertise within our Nuclear Medicine department. The Lead Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures while overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, and supporting staff development. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient-centered care, and a passion for maintaining excellence in imaging services.
Trinity Health Of New England is looking for an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team of mission-driven healthcare innovators. Provide direct patient care to patients of all ages and contribute to the efficient operations of the Radiology department, ensuring the quality and continuity of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures.
- Oversee daily operations of the Nuclear Medicine department.
- Ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
- Support staff development and provide clinical leadership.
- Provide direct patient care to patients of all ages.
- Contribute to the efficient operations of the Radiology department.
Requirements
- Graduate of an Accredited 2 or 4-year Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or applicable specialty board (NMTCB).
- Two years of experience working or as a student in a Nuclear Medicine Technologist capacity.
