Lead NOC Engineer with Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Oversees the operations, configuration, and maintenance of network management tools.
• Maintains end to end network performance and ensures acceptable levels of network quality of service.
• Provides 24x7 surveillance and monitoring of the network and Tier I support for all network elements.
• Coordinates and escalates major network outages.
• Employs technical knowledge and experience in VoIP, Internet (NIPRNet/SIPRNet), and Data, including Network operations.
• Develops and assesses operational metrics for network performance.
• Performs network performance baseline activities and analyzes day-to-day performance against these baselines.
• Selects and implements network performance and management tools/systems for existing and new technologies and services.

Requirements

• Minimum of Active Secret clearance required.
• CCNP certification required.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
