Lead .NET Developer

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality code every milestone.
• Support releases when it happens in India time.
• Production incident support during India hours and transition to US.
• Lead Level Responsibilities:
• Interface with US stakeholders and India team.
• Be the POC for any escalations from US.
• Responsible and accountable for ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries, not only from themselves but also from the offshore team.
• Experience in AI assisted coding is another bonus.

  Requirements

  • .NET development background.
  • Candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes with Microsoft .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server), Azure services (API Management, Azure SQL, AKS, and Cosmos DB, Rabbit MQ).
  • Has experience in Cloud Design Patterns and can come up with Detailed Designs for new applications/modules.
  • Strong background in object-oriented development techniques.
  • Write clean, testable code and adhere to coding standards.
  • Operate in an AI driven SDLC environment:
  • Translate stakeholder conversations into structured specifications using AI copilots.
  • Collaborate with generative AI to iterate on user flows, interfaces, and architectures.
  • Pair program with AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) to write, refactor, and test code in real-time.
  • Write, test and produce production grade code in financial services without relying on testing by other groups.
  • Leverage code assistants and go through large code bases, identify opportunities and make changes.

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar.
