Lead MRI Technologist - Full-Time

About the role

Lead MRI Technologist responsible for overseeing MRI procedures, staff training, and departmental operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and efficiency of MRI procedures.
• Assist in equipment evaluations and maintain staff compliance with health and education requirements.
• Orient new employees, create work schedules, and manage payroll and inventory.
• Participate in performance evaluations, documentation, and disciplinary reviews.
• Act as a patient liaison and contribute to budget planning and supply ordering.

Qualifications & Skills

• Inpatient and outpatient MRI experience, including ER settings.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with staff development and equipment management.
• Ability to perform verbal disciplinary reviews and maintain compliance with background screening requirements.
