About the role

The Primary, Kindergarten, and Elementary Classroom Teacher will lead a classroom with warmth, structure, and professionalism, supporting the growth and success of each student.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver age-appropriate lessons
• Maintain a well-organized classroom environment
• Follow daily lesson plans
• Communicate with parents and administration
• Support the overall mission and standards of Montessori Reggio Academy

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of classroom teaching experience with children ages 3 and up
• Experience in a Primary, Kindergarten, or Elementary classroom setting
• A Montessori certification is preferred
• Strong classroom management and leadership skills
• Create a warm, structured, and engaging classroom environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach

Schedule

Monday through Friday, Full-Time
