Lead Micro Cleaner

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Schedules work assignments and sets priorities.
• Directs the work of subordinate employees.
• Evaluates and verifies employee performance.
• Identifies staff development and training needs.
• Maintains records and prepares reports.
• Makes rounds to check for crew coverage.
• Assigns needed coverage, gives cleaning instructions, and verifies compliance.
• Maintains records of employee paid time off.
• Ensures accurate timekeeping and labor law compliance.
• Performs inventories and related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One-year related experience in cleaning/janitorial fields.
• Versed in safety requirements, equipment use, scheduling, and training.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Reasoning ability to follow simple instructions.
• Physical abilities to stand, walk, lift, climb, talk, hear, use hands, reach, adjust focus, and maintain depth perception.
• Close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
