Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
• Work closely with store management to ensure products are displayed effectively and promotions are executed efficiently.
• Monitor sales data and adjust merchandising plans accordingly to maximize profitability.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new ideas into merchandising plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of retail merchandising experience.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with store teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools.
