Lead Merchandiser

About the role

Viking Coca-Cola is a privately held company owned by the Faber Family. This dedicated family-run establishment includes the Faber family and all members of the team, from delivery drivers to executive management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain freshness and drive standards at customer locations
• Lead by example on the floor, supporting sales initiatives, and communicating between store teams, sales reps, and drivers
• Merchandise to standards, rotate products, manage inventory, and complete handheld order entry
• Build displays and promotions, maintain cleanliness at customer sites, and complete required paperwork
• Step in for delivery support or driver shortages when needed
• Train and coach FT/PT Merchandisers and provide vacation coverage for Sales Bulk Reps

Requirements

• Strong customer service and clear communication skills
• Merchandising/display building; inventory accuracy and attention to detail
• Comfortable with handheld devices and able to make independent decisions
• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and lift/move up to 2,200 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance

Your schedule is full-time and flexible, including weekends and holidays, based onsite out of 7842 Industrial Park Road South, Baxter, MN.
