Lead Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Travel to accounts to confirm proper levels of product are stocked, rotated, displayed, and maintained along assigned routes
• Assist in training new merchandisers to ensure they can independently perform all required duties
• Provide route coverage for merchandisers as needed
• Conduct go-behind route supervision to ensure that accounts are correctly serviced
• Utilize company-issued technology to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display/backstock photos, and maintain accurate records of account execution
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Requirements

• 7 months plus of general work experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation with an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license
• Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law
• Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull 25 to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools

Preferred: High School Diploma/General Education Degree
