Lead Merchandiser
Job Description
Job duties include but not limited to leading, developing, training and coaching new and existing Merchandisers. The Merchandiser- Lead duties and responsibilities include building displays, replenishing inventory on the customer’s shelves, racks, and cold equipment. This position will support the following locations and the immediately surrounding area: Slidell, LA, Mandeville, LA, Covington, LA, and Why.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
- Reliable vehicle required
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
- Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
- Read, write and speak English
- Maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
- Maintain safety and security of Company assets
- Utilize all Company provided resources and technology
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Able to work a flexible or rotating schedule
- Able to respond and resolve to any customer issues
- Able to self-motivate and able to perform job duties with minimal supervision
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Previous Merchandising experience preferred
