Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

About the role

The Lead Mentor is responsible for the initial and ongoing monitoring of skills and knowledge of employees assigned to his or her site. Will work closely with the Operations Administrator, Nurse Manager, Clinical Director, and Clinical Manager in monitoring each unit’s safety practices and training needs. In this role, the Lead Mentor will assist in the development and monitoring of each unit’s training plan.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience in the healthcare field required
  • 1–3 years of experience in a training or education role preferred
  • Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred
  • Emergency Medical Technician certification (valid within the state of Arizona) is preferred but not required
  • Certified Nurse Assistant certification (current and valid within the State of Arizona) is preferred but not required
