Responsibilities
- Market Analysis & Needs Assessment
- Analyze member and consumer feedback to inform product ideation and enhancement.
- Create and document product requirements.
- Manage timelines, budgets, meetings and resources to ensure successful product delivery.
- Support go-to-market strategies, including positioning, pricing, and promotional plans.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics; recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Work closely with internal teams (Membership, IT, eCommerce, Web Experience, Finance, CX, Marketing ) and external partners/vendors to ensure a seamless end to end member journey.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and secure buy-in for product initiatives.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in product development or product management, preferably within a membership organization, association, or mission-driven environment.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, excellent project management and organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and improve overall work quality, experience with product development processes, tools and analytics platforms, proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Zoom/Teams, an added plus if proficient with Slack, Monday.com, or Figma.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, handling documents, and using office equipment.
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds as needed.
Work Environment
- Hybrid Position (3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Remote).
- Employees must be available during standard business hours, with core hours beginning between 8:00AM – 9:00AM and concluding between 5:00PM – 6:00PM.
- Travel: 0 – 10%.
Pay
The hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
Schedule
This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with Tuesday through Thursday in office and Monday and Friday remote.
