Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of a Medical Technologist in the assigned section/shift.
• In the absence of the section/shift supervisor, assume supervisory responsibilities and ensure accurate, timely laboratory results.
• Assist laboratory administration with troubleshooting C.Q.I. incidents and arranging staff coverage.
• Implement, communicate, and monitor the Compliance Program.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in medical technology or a chemical/biological science.
• Current Florida Technologist’s license in the respective specialty(ies).
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the respective specialty(ies).

Pay

Up to $5,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.
