We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to parse the job posting.
We need to extract sections:
- About the role: description of work: "Our Electric Power Generation Clients Are Seeking To Increase The Power Output ...". That's about the role. Should be prose.
- Responsibilities: list of duties: bullet points from "Perform consulting level work..." etc. Should be
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
Should be - .
- Requirements: maybe "Qualifications" heading? The posting has "Qualifications" section: "We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position." Also "Essential Skills And Experience". Might be considered Requirements. We'll treat "Qualifications" as heading.
- Skills: "Essential Skills And Experience" and "Valued But Not Required Skills And Experience". Could be Skills section.
- Benefits: there is a big benefits list under "About Sargent & Lundy". Should be Benefits.
- Pay: "Compensation Range $134,546 - $205,557". Also maybe mention discretionary bonus. So Pay section.
- Schedule: "This position is based on a hybrid work schedule and will require in-office work 3 days per week." So Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Remove "Equal Opportunity" etc. Also remove "About This Business Unit"? Might be considered part of About the role? But we can include as part of About the role? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. The "About This Business Unit" is specific content about the business unit; could be part of About the role or maybe separate but we don't have a heading for that. We could incorporate into About the role prose.
We must not include "Transparency Statement", "About Sargent & Lundy" maybe part of Benefits? Actually Benefits section includes health & wellness etc. The "About Sargent & Lundy" paragraph about culture could be part of About the role or maybe we can omit as not required. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot invent or summarize away detail. However we can combine into existing sections as prose. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Means we cannot omit substantive info. So we need to include all info somewhere. If we omit a paragraph, that's losing info. So we need to include all content, but we can place it under appropriate headings. If a heading doesn't exist, we could create a new heading? Only allowed headings are the listed ones. So we must fit all info under those headings. If some info doesn't fit, we might need to create a heading like "About the company" but not allowed. However we could treat "About Sargent & Lundy" as part of "About the role" or "Benefits"? It's about company culture, not benefits. Could be placed under "About the role" as additional prose. That's okay.
Similarly "About This Business Unit" can be under "About the role". "Transparency Statement" maybe under Pay? It's about compensation transparency. Could be under Pay.
"Equal Opportunity" is boilerplate to remove. So we can drop that.
We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we remove Equal Opportunity paragraph.
Now let's extract content.
Original text:

Then "Equal Opportunity Sargent & Lundy is an equal opportunity employer..." which we drop.
Now we need to map to sections.
About the role: combine initial paragraph about clients, expanding work, you will work on major systems etc. Also maybe include "About This Business Unit" and "About Sargent & Lundy" as part of about the role? But those are more about company. However we have no other heading for company info. Could we put them under "About the role"? It might be okay as it's still about the role context. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can have About the role covering all descriptive narrative.
Responsibilities: list of duties bullet points from "Perform consulting level work..." etc. That's a bunch of sentences; we can turn each into
- .
Requirements: maybe the "Qualifications" line about work authorization? Actually "Qualifications We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position." That's a qualification/requirement. Also maybe the "Essential Skills And Experience" could be considered Requirements as well. But we have Skills section separate. The instruction: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide what goes where.
We have "Qualifications" heading in the posting: "Qualifications We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position." That's a short line. Could be placed under Qualifications.
We have "Essential Skills And Experience" and "Valued But Not Required Skills And Experience". Those could go under Skills (maybe split into required and preferred). We'll put all under Skills.
We have "Benefits": the big list under About Sargent & Lundy.
We have "Pay": compensation range and transparency statement.
We have "Schedule": hybrid work schedule 3 days per week.
We also have "About the role": the initial description plus maybe About This Business Unit and About Sargent & Lundy? But we already used About Sargent & Lundy for Benefits. Actually the Benefits section includes health plans etc. The "About Sargent & Lundy" paragraph about caring for health etc is part of Benefits intro. So we can keep that as part of Benefits preamble.
The "About This Business Unit" is about the Nuclear Power Group; could be part of About the role (since it's about the business unit you'll join). We'll include that in About the role.
Thus About the role will contain:
- First paragraph: "Our Electric Power Generation Clients Are Seeking To Increase The Power Output Of Their Existing Power Plants To Meet The Electric Demands. This Is Expanding Work In The Nuclear Industry. You Will Work On Major Systems, Equipment And Plant Process In The Following Areas"
- Then maybe we should not repeat the "Perform consulting level work..." as that's responsibilities.
- Then About This Business Unit paragraph.
We must ensure we don't duplicate content. The responsibilities list will be separate.
Now let's craft HTML.
We'll output:
About the role
Our Electric Power Generation Clients Are Seeking To Increase The Power Output Of
About the role
Our Electric Power Generation Clients Are Seeking To Increase The Power Output Of
