- Training programs
- Experience with all types of heavy equipment including dump trucks, pavers, reclaim and milling machines, loaders, graders, dozers, pavers and rollers
- Engagement of equipment team in all safety best practices
- Compliance with all company policies and safety rules
- Conduct safety training and toolbox talks
- Work closely with all equipment manufacturers to keep up with new technology

- Trains work procedures (Scheduling) and/or possible solutions such as parts, PM service in conjunction with Equipment Manager
- Trouble shoots and maintains all types of heavy equipment including dump trucks, pavers, reclaim and milling machines, loaders, graders, dozers, pavers and rollers
- Examines equipment and discusses with superintendent, operator, or project manager the nature and extent of damage or malfunction

- Plans work procedures (Scheduling) and/or possible solutions such as parts, PM service in conjunction with Equipment Manager
- Trouble shoots and maintains all types of heavy equipment including dump trucks, pavers, reclaim and milling machines, loaders, graders, dozers, pavers and rollers
- Ensures engagement of equipment team in all safety best practices
- Ensures compliance with all company policies and safety rules
- Conducts safety training and toolbox talks
- Works closely with all equipment manufacturers to keep up with new technology
