The ideal candidate will lead color and graphic design for footwear and apparel collections, collaborating with cross-functional partners to develop compelling product narratives rooted in consumer and trend research.

  • Lead color and graphic design for footwear and apparel collections aligned with local market needs and cultural insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop compelling product narratives rooted in consumer and trend research.
  • Create unique and highly covetable product expressions through the integration of Color, Graphics, Materials, Trims, and Details.
  • Manage project workflows including sketching, exploration, design presentations, mood boards, CAD, and tech pack creation.
  • Drive storytelling through graphics and materials, ensuring clear communication of design intent internally and externally.
  • Partner with regional experts in insights, marketing, product development, and design teams across color, material, graphic, footwear, and apparel domains.
  • Adapt and respond to a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and timelines effectively.

The successful candidate will bring a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related field, with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, Color Design, and/or Product Design, specifically within Footwear and Apparel. They must have proven ability to create head-to-toe design concepts that resonate with Streetwear and Lifestyle markets, strong cultural and market research skills, exceptional collaboration and communication skills, proficiency in macOS and Adobe Creative Suite, and experience working within fast-moving consumer product teams in a collaborative environment.

Preferred qualifications include experience or knowledge of the APLA market, with specific focus on Japan and South Korea, including local culture, trends, and consumer preferences, and experience working within fast-moving consumer product teams in a collaborative environment.

Submission of a portfolio demonstrating relevant footwear, streetwear, lifestyle designs, and storytelling is required. Portfolios should clearly show design reasoning, concept development, and style relevance. Please include a link or attach a PDF portfolio with your application.
