Role Overview
This position involves providing advanced imaging services including ultrasound, CT, PET, interventional radiology, digital mammography, and nuclear medicine. The Team Leader supervises, directs, and evaluates staff, ensuring quality assurance and equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical imaging procedures with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Supervise and support imaging staff, fostering a collaborative environment
- Plan, coordinate, and maintain QA/KVI programs
- Conduct quality control testing of imaging equipment and accessories
- Communicate clearly, build relationships, and promote professional growth
- Enhance patient experience and uphold departmental standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- ARRT (M) certification and Texas Department of State Health certification
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience
- Strong communication, accountability, and teamwork skills
