Essential Functions / Working Conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Commitment to food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Previous experience working as a Lead Line Cook, Expeditor, Line Cook, or similar kitchen leadership role
- Experience working in a high-volume restaurant or food service environment
