Lead Line Cook

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe "About The Role" heading), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use for each heading. Use
for each heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need to parse the posting.
Let's extract content:
First paragraph: About Sifted (company description). That's not part of role but could be "About the role"? Actually "About Sifted" is company overview. The instruction: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "About the role" heading and then prose describing the role. The company description maybe not needed? It says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The company description is substantive? It's about Sifted, not the role. But maybe we should keep it under "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is supposed to describe the role, not the company. However the posting includes "About Sifted" before "About The Role". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. It didn't say we must include company overview. But we must preserve ALL substantive information. The company overview is substantive about the employer. Should we include it? Possibly under a heading like "About Sifted" but that's not in the allowed list. The allowed list includes "About the role". Could we treat the company overview as part of "About the role"? Might be okay to include it there as prose. The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect those headings only. So we should map content to those headings. The company overview could go under "About the role" as a brief description of the company context. That seems acceptable.
Now extract role specifics:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday // 6am - 2pm
- Role description: Lead Line Cook responsibilities.
Let's list responsibilities (duties) from "What You'll Be Doing" bullet points (though not formatted as bullet list but sentences). We'll convert to - .

Physical requirements maybe under Requirements.
Now Pay: $29 per hour (also repeated later: The Pay Range For This Role Is 29 - 29 USD per hour). So we have exact pay.
Schedule: Monday - Friday // 6am - 2pm.
Now we need to decide which sections to include.
We have content for:
- About the role (company overview + role summary)

- Qualifications (culinary degree plus maybe)

- Schedule
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual specifics.
Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll produce something like:

We need to ensure we didn't repeat job title. Also we need to include the role summary in About the role: maybe combine company overview and role description: "Sifted is building out a brand new, dynamic corporate catering space in Bellevue, and needs a highly motivated Lead Line Cook to help launch in the Spring of this year. The Lead Line Cook will be responsible for the daily operations of all components of their respective station..." etc.
Let's craft About the role paragraph:
Sifted, founded in 2015 by Jess Legge and Kimberly Lexow, delivers millions of meals to Fortune 500s and high‑growth startups across the US, offers virtual team‑building experiences, and uses seven core truths to guide its employee engagement programs. The company is opening a new corporate catering space in Bellevue and seeks a Lead Line Cook to launch the operation in spring. The Lead Line Cook will oversee daily station operations, manage ordering, staff, execution, and work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain safety standards.
We need to preserve all substantive info: we should include the company overview details (founders, mission, meals delivered, virtual experiences, core truths, zero food waste, donation program, sustainability). That's a lot. Should we include all? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all that info. However we must fit into sections. We can include the company overview in About the role paragraph, but we must not lose details. Let's try to include all details concisely but preserving them.
Company overview details:
- Jess Legge and Kimberly Lexow were masters of the 9 to 5 - working at a high-growth tech start-up, with one question: “Could the work lunch be better?”
- Expectation these days that work is hard and fast. But lunch doesn’t have to be that way.
- Imagining an office where employees want to stick around and share a table of inspired food, Legge and Lexow founded Sifted in 2015.
- Since then we’ve delivered millions of meals to Fortune 500s and high-growth startups across the US.
- When COVID-19 hit, our clients needed a partner to help them manage their new normal. That’s when we created our virtual team building experiences.
- Now as companies fully embrace the future of a flexible workplace, Sifted has become a comprehensive employee experience partner offering both in-office catering services + an extensive portfolio of engaging virtual experiences for distributed teams.
- We use 7 core truths as the framework of our employee engagement programs and team culture : Good food is powerful; Simple food is the best food; We support regular people with big ideas; We make mistakes and evolve; We appreciate people’s differences; We seek, listen and implement feedback quickly + enthusiastically; We are our clients’ biggest fans.
- Sifted kitchens are zero food waste with all food scraps being composted and all leftovers being donated everyday.
- Since launching our donation program, Sifted has donated over $3M in lunches to those who experience food insecurity in our 6 cities.
- We believe that as our company grows, so does our responsibility therefore we’re constantly looking for ways to improve sustainability and protect our natural resources.
That's a lot. We'll include that in About the role paragraph, maybe as multiple sentences.
Now role specifics: "Sifted is building out a brand new, dynamic corporate catering space in Bellevue, and needs a highly motivated Lead Line Cook to help launch in the Spring of this year. The Lead Line cook will be responsible for the daily operations of all components of their
