Responsibilities
- Prepare food items consistently and in compliance with recipes, portioning, cooking and waste control guidelines
- Aid in the training and development of staff members
- Take ownership of the opening, closing, and shift hand-off process
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Communicate customer order information to our virtual FOH team
Requirements
- A leader who demonstrates initiative and leads by example
- Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
- Advanced kitchen skills, including knife/prep work, sauté, and more
- Can stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
