Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with precision and speed
- Maintain top-tier food safety and sanitation standards
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and ready to fire
- Operate kitchen equipment with efficiency and care
- Work alongside a stellar team to keep operations running smoothly
- Follow portion control and waste reduction guidelines
- Auxiliary in inventory management and supply orders
- Uphold HHG’s standards for consistency, presentation, and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Preferred: Prior restaurant experience
- Knowledge of proper food safety & sanitation procedures
- Strong time-management & organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in high-energy, fast-paced kitchens
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to grow with us
Pay
$17 - $21 per hour
