Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise our line cooks, ensuring every dish is prepared to perfection.
- Conceptualize and execute new menu items to tantalize our guests’ taste buds.
- Uphold stringent food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a seamless kitchen operation.
- Collaborate with our culinary ensemble to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a line cook.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Valid Food Handlers Card.
- Proficiency in using commercial kitchen equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
