Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise our line cooks, ensuring every dish is prepared to perfection.
  • Conceptualize and execute new menu items to tantalize our guests’ taste buds.
  • Uphold stringent food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a seamless kitchen operation.
  • Collaborate with our culinary ensemble to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a line cook.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Valid Food Handlers Card.
  • Proficiency in using commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
