Description
Glenmoor Country Club is a premier private club in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado, known for its exceptional hospitality and high-quality cuisine. The culinary team supports upscale casual dining, patio service, golf events, and special member functions. This role operates out of a mobile kitchen trailer during the clubhouse renovation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and execute high-quality menu items across multiple service areas
- Lead and support line operations during service, ensuring timing, coordination, and quality standards are consistently met
- Work across multiple stations (grill, sauté, pantry, prep) and step in where needed to support service flow
- Assist with expediting and maintain clear communication with front-of-house during service
- Ensure all dishes leaving the line meet presentation and quality standards
- Serve as a point person on the line in the absence of a Sous Chef or Executive Chef
- Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen environment
Requirements
- Strong knife skills and advanced understanding of cooking techniques
- Experience working multiple stations (grill, sauté, pantry, prep)
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced kitchen
- Dependability, professionalism, and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Previous line cook experience required; leadership or lead experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40–50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment, including a mobile kitchen trailer setup

Pay
$24 – $27 DOE
Schedule
- Full-Time Seasonal: Up to 40 hours per week
- Part-Time Seasonal: Under 30 hours per week
