What You’ll Do
- Prep all items according to prep sheet
- Assist in cleaning, storing and organizing deliveries
- Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness
- Autonomously open and close shifts
- Adhere to all TCHP and Health Department requirements
- Train cooks on stations and prep
- Identify quality issues immediately and correct them
- Manage line flow and ticket pacing
