Lead Licensed Veterinary Technician

We are seeking a Lead Licensed Veterinary Technician to help guide our clinical team, elevate patient care across a variety of species, and support the continued growth of our hospital. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated veterinary professional who enjoys balancing hands-on patient care with team leadership, staff development, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Team Training & Mentorship - Coach, mentor, and support veterinary technicians and assistants
• Hospital Operations & Patient Care - Monitor daily hospital flow to ensure efficiency and exceptional client service
• Inventory Management
• Safety & Compliance - Assist with maintaining regulatory compliance and hospital protocols

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Veterinary Technician experience
• Active and good-standing Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in the state of Texas
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
• Passion for mentoring and developing veterinary professionals
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to exceptional patient care and client service
• Positive attitude and a collaborative leadership style

Pay

Compensation: $21-$25 per hour, for each hour worked. This is a full-time position with a 4/10 schedule and either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday as your day off.
