Responsibilities
- Communicates with management.
- Leads the Kitchen worker staff.
- Washes, cleans, and polishes equipment to ensure it is ready for use.
- Sorts and cleans dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils and ashtrays.
- Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards.
- Completes any other duties assigned by the Department Management.
Requirements
- Prompt, present, and prepared for all scheduled shifts.
- Adhere to the Wynn Las Vegas Stewarding Department standards.
- Communicate effectively in English.
- The ability to speak a second language is considered a plus.
- Previous experience in kitchen stewarding or in another physically demanding profession is preferred, but not required.
- Exhibit leadership skills and ability to guide employees.
- Able to work with chemicals and within a team environment.
