About the role
Extreme Cleaning, Inc. has been the go-to kitchen exhaust hood cleaning company since 2002, now operating across 13 states. We're looking for an experienced Lead Technician to join our Fargo team. You'll run a crew, manage job sites, and make sure every client gets a top-quality clean — on time, every time.
What You'll Do
- Lead a crew of technicians on commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning jobs
- Power wash hoods, filters, ductwork, and rooftop fans to NFPA 96 standards
- Drive a company vehicle and manage equipment on job sites
- Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on every job
- Travel regionally with occasional overnight stays
What You Bring
- Prior experience in hood/exhaust cleaning, pressure washing, or related trade work
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Able to lead a team and hold people accountable
- Comfortable working evenings, nights, and some weekends
- Able to climb ladders, access rooftops, and lift up to 50 lbs
- At least 18 years old
