What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise and lead a team of 2–4 apprentices on commercial new construction and retrofit projects
• Coordinate installations to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Respond to scheduled or emergency commercial plumbing service calls as needed
• Ensure all plumbing work meets industry codes and best practices
• Inspect installations and troubleshoot potential issues before they become problems
• Work alongside contractors to streamline project execution
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations

What You Bring to the Table

• 6–8 years of commercial plumbing experience, with at least 2–4 years in a Lead / Foreman role
• Valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License (Texas Med Gas Endorsement preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a team effectively
• Deep knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques
• Flexibility and readiness to take on commercial service calls in addition to project-based work
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
• Commitment to safety & compliance with all local and state regulations
• Willingness to travel occasionally (All travel expenses covered)
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check
