Lead Janitorial Position - Holmen, WI (35 Hours/Week)

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Cleaner in Holmen, WI to join our team. This position oversees the cleaning operations for common areas in a Senior Living Facility, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and compliance with medical-grade cleaning requirements and regulatory guidelines.

Lead Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and comply with medical-grade cleaning requirements.
• Meet and exceed regulatory and state guidelines.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing common areas.
• Assist with periodic floor care such as buffing and waxing.
• Maintain entrances, patios, smoking areas, and trash enclosures free of litter and debris.
• Empty and clean outdoor waste receptacles; remove graffiti as needed.
• Perform seasonal power washing of entrances and outdoor surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect all restroom fixtures, partitions, and touch points.
• Restock designated dispensers and consumables according to facility requirements; replace sharps containers as required.
• Remove waste to designated disposal areas; clean and disinfect trash containers, chute doors, and surrounding surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of waste storage rooms.
• Clean and sanitize tables, seating, appliances, counter tops, sinks, cabinets, and laundry equipment in lounges and laundry rooms.
• Refill dispensers, empty lint traps, and maintain flooring; perform periodic deep cleaning.

Requirements

• Prior experience in custodial or commercial, medical-grade cleaning required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Reliable vehicle required.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs. and standing for extended periods.

Pay

$24–$26 per hour
