Lead Janitor

Lead, train, and direct the janitorial staff on site to ensure that all employees are kept safe and the customer’s quality expectations are met or exceeded. You will also be responsible for participating in daily cleaning tasks.

Schedule

Sunday – Thursday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the work of the janitorial staff in the building
• Clean restrooms, breakrooms, common areas; perform dusting and trash removal
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum

Requirements

• Experience leading a janitorial team and cleaning commercial buildings
• Must pass a background check and basic drug screening
• Ability to work collaboratively with crew members
• Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
• Reliable transportation
• Steel-toed shoes required when applicable
• Ability to work in hot conditions
