Lead IT Project Manager

Location: Bellevue, Washington (Onsite) | Duration: 6 month contract

About the role

This role manages the entire project lifecycle for IT projects and initiatives, from definition through implementation. The position is accountable for meeting agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, driving project milestones to completion.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with project teams and key stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day direction to project resources.
• Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and budgets.
• Accountable for meeting agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.

Professional Skills

• Proficiency in oral and written communications.
• Interpersonal negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving.
