Lead IT Business System Analysts

About the role

Configure and implement enterprise applications.

Assist in the installation, setup, maintenance, support, and documentation of these applications.

Assist in the improvement of and adherence to company computer security policies, systems development standards, and other company and departmental policies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Solicit business requirements from business partners for Maximo enhancements.
• Create Maximo workflows and automation scripts.
• Design and develop BIRT Reports for Maximo.
• Manage Agile SCRUM meetings.
• Develop Helix work instructions to document processes for end users.
• Implement continuous process improvement for team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in software development.
• Experience in developing IBM Core Maximo processes.
• Experience in BIRT Report design and creation.
• Experience with SQL, REST API, WebSphere, and Automation Scripts.
• Experience designing Maximo Workflows and automation scripts.
• Experience with Release Management.
