Lead iOS Developer

REMOTE | W2 ONLY | Contract-to-Hire (Must be able to work W2. No C2C) We’re looking for an experienced Lead iOS Developer to join a fast-paced team building and enhancing customer-facing mobile applications. This is a primarily hands-on development role with opportunities to provide technical leadership, mentoring, and strategic guidance. What You’ll Do Lead and drive development efforts within Agile/Scrum teamsDesign, develop, and enhance customer-facing iOS applicationsCollaborate with internal teams and third-party partnersSupport development of health and wellness dashboard functionality and profile-linking capabilitiesContribute to technical strategy, project planning, mentoring, and trainingWork across the mobile application lifecycle, including UI development, backend systems, and API integrations Required Skills Must be able to work W2Retail and/or customer-facing application development experience is required8+ years of iOS development experienceStrong hands-on development experience with SwiftStrong experience with SwiftUI, UIKit, Combine, and XCTestPrevious Lead iOS Developer experienceStrong understanding of end-to-end mobile application development, including UI, backend systems, and API integrationsExperience planning and supporting large-scale and/or highly complex projectsExperience working within Agile/Scrum environmentsAbility to work independently, take ownership, and drive development initiatives About SSI People: With over 26 years of industry experience, SSi People has built its reputation and expertise on putting people first.
