Lead Investment Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Lead Investment Analyst to support portfolio strategy, research, and asset allocation across a multi-asset platform. This generalist role requires expertise in fixed income, equities, and banking, with alternative investment experience, including private equity, preferred. ResponsibilitiesSupport development of investment strategy for portfolios in partnership with finance, accounting, and investment leadership.Research investment opportunities and help manage portfolios in compliance with regulations and company policy.Participate in Multi-Asset Strategy and Allocation and Alternative Asset Review and Selection meetings.Support tax-aware investment decision-making and after-tax portfolio optimization.Assist with alternative investment research, sourcing, allocation, and monitoring.Prepare documentation for investment purchases and sales for board reporting.Contribute to economic forecasting, interest rate analysis, portfolio performance monitoring, and budget forecasting.Participate in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities.Partner with other teams/managers to ensure business continuity. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required. Advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years contributing to portfolio management. Strong knowledge of fixed income, common stock, and banking.Alternative investments experience preferred. Strong analytical, regulatory, and communication skills.
