Lead, Inventory Control

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 7am - 3:30pm

Responsibilities

A day in the life of an Inventory Lead at VF includes:

• Documenting inventory by recording additions, disbursements, adjustments, losses, and removal of items.
• Leading, communicating, coaching, and motivating individuals and the shift team to meet or exceed daily quality, efficiency, and organizational objectives.
• Assisting the supervisor in executing facility operations to meet production goals within the department.
• Preparing basic inventory reports by collecting and analyzing information on stock usage.
• Maintaining inventory operations by following policies and procedures and reporting changes as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience and professional achievements.
• Basic level of education, reading, writing, and numeracy skills.
• Problem-solving and accountability.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and grammatical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarization with SAP system.

Pay

Hiring range: $16.56 USD - $20.70 USD per hour.

This position is eligible for additional compensation awards, including an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
