Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to new internet, phone, and chat leads and engage customers up front
- Make follow-up attempts across phone, text, and email
- Work with customers to understand their equipment needs and ensure smooth handoffs to in-store sales teams
- Update pricing, promotions, availability, and product information on TriGreen.com
- Upload new equipment with photos, specs, and descriptions; maintain accurate digital content used by customers to browse inventory
- Help maintain and improve lead routing using automation software
- Provide structured feedback on lead quality and customer behavior to improve sales and marketing processes
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, internet sales, customer service, and/or digital marketing
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some nights and Saturdays primarily in the spring season
- Proficiency in or willingness to learn CRM systems, automation systems, and product and inventory systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across phone, text, and email
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Skills and Knowledge
- Background in agriculture, construction, or landscaping (a plus)
