Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy in client homes, their schools, and in our beautiful center settings.
  • Partner closely with in-person BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans and continue growing your own clinical skills.
  • Coach parents and caregivers so they feel confident supporting their child's learning and carrying programs into everyday routines.
  • Develop new Clinical Trainees using Behavior Skills Training (BST), fostering the clinical skills, confidence, and professionalism that define FirstSteps care.
  • Model FirstSteps values through teamwork, professionalism, positivity, and accountability.
  • Ensure accurate data collection and consistent implementation of treatment plans.

Requirements

  • Experience as an RBT (or BT).
  • Willingness to continue learning from experienced, in-person BCBAs.
  • Enjoy teaching and encouraging new clinical team members.
  • Thrives in a collaborative, people-first environment.
  • Shares our commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current certification as an RBT (or BT).
  • At least 2 years of experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families.
