Lead Instructor- Pilates
Key Responsibilities
- Teach high-quality, engaging Pilates classes in alignment with Club Pilates standards
- Mentor and support instructors through ongoing training, feedback, and development
- Assist with instructor scheduling and ensure class coverage as needed
- Maintain a strong studio presence, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for members
- Collaborate with the Studio Manager to uphold brand consistency and member satisfaction
- Support community engagement efforts to promote studio growth
Qualifications
- Current comprehensive apparatus Pilates Certification with 500 hours of experience or equivalent
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Passion for Pilates and a commitment to maintaining high instructional standards

- Class Pay (based on experience)

About the Role
The Local Lead Instructor (LLI) is a key leadership role responsible for upholding the quality and consistency of instruction at Club Pilates. This position serves as a mentor to instructors, ensures adherence to the Club Pilates methodology, and supports the studio’s overall success.
