Lead Instructional Designer - AI Enablement

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI enablement initiatives for customer-facing teams
• Manage program for AI enablement, including needs assessment and stakeholder communication
• Provide strategic oversight for AI learning programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Consult with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements for training solutions
• Research and apply best practices in AI and learning technologies to improve effectiveness
• Develop and execute project management strategies for AI learning initiatives
• Measure and assess learner skills and business impact, setting strategies to address gaps

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in instructional design or related field, or 11 years of equivalent experience
• In-depth knowledge of learning technologies and best practices
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools for enhancing learning operations
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and generative AI tools with the ability to translate concepts into learning strategies
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale learning initiatives focused on AI or digital transformation

Pay

$125,000 – $165,000 annually
