What We Offer Piece-rate compensation (paid by the square foot) with excellent earning potentialFull-time, Monday–Friday scheduleMedical, Dental & Vision InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Company-paid AD&D InsuranceMedical Bridge BenefitsStable, year-round workProfessional, safety-focused work environmentOpportunity to work with one of the region's leading countertop companies Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead Stone Countertop InstallerProven experience installing granite, quartz, and other stone countertopsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanshipExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsProfessional appearance with outstanding customer service skillsReliable, dependable, and self-motivatedValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to successfully pass a criminal background checkAbility to safely lift and carry up to 100 lbsAbility to work independently while leading an installation crew Responsibilities Install stone countertops accurately and efficiently in residential and commercial settingsSafely remove existing countertops and disconnect/reconnect plumbing when requiredEnsure all installations meet Accent Countertops' quality standardsCommunicate professionally with customers throughout the installation processResolve installation issues on-site and coordinate with the office when additional support is neededTroubleshoot technical installation challenges while maintaining project timelinesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized job siteComplete all required paperwork and installation documentationPerform regular bending, kneeling, lifting, twisting, and other physical aspects of the positionWork overtime when needed to meet customer schedulesTravel locally throughout the Reno market with occasional out-of-town assignmentsPerform other duties as assigned Why Accent Countertops?
