Area of Responsibility
- Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
- Support technical teams in managing production support operations, focusing on incident resolution, deployment efficiency, and smooth change implementation
- Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skills and Experience
- Enterprise-scale Infrastructure Automation & IaC expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Python, PowerShell, and Bash
- Cloud automation experience across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Containers, Policy-as-Code, and Secrets Management
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and event-driven automation
- Familiarity with VMware/Hyper-V, patch management, and hybrid infrastructure
- Strong understanding of security, IAM, observability, and compliance
- Excellent documentation and operational support skills
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with NIST CSF 2.0 or FFIEC frameworks
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven automation and remediation
- Knowledge of CMDB/asset management modernization
- Familiarity with Agentic AI and automation APIs
- Contributions to open-source projects or technical content
- Relevant AWS, Azure, GCP, or HashiCorp certifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
