Lead Infrastructure Automation Engineer

Area of Responsibility

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support technical teams in managing production support operations, focusing on incident resolution, deployment efficiency, and smooth change implementation
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skills and Experience

• Enterprise-scale Infrastructure Automation & IaC expertise
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Python, PowerShell, and Bash
• Cloud automation experience across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Containers, Policy-as-Code, and Secrets Management
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and event-driven automation
• Familiarity with VMware/Hyper-V, patch management, and hybrid infrastructure
• Strong understanding of security, IAM, observability, and compliance
• Excellent documentation and operational support skills

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with NIST CSF 2.0 or FFIEC frameworks
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven automation and remediation
• Knowledge of CMDB/asset management modernization
• Familiarity with Agentic AI and automation APIs
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical content
• Relevant AWS, Azure, GCP, or HashiCorp certifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
