Lead Information Security Analyst (Games)

About the role

Skydance is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst with expertise in the games industry to join the infrastructure team. This role involves implementing and configuring security best practices, providing guidance on tool usage, and collaborating with the infrastructure team to achieve security goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive security plan aligned with industry best practices.
• Create and manage processes for performing risk assessments on software licenses.
• Maintain close collaboration with the infrastructure team to ensure alignment with security objectives.
• Install and maintain software designed to protect sensitive information, including data encryption and firewalls.
• Provide guidance and best practices regarding the secure use of generative AI tools.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the games industry.
• 2+ years of experience working remotely.
• Experience in hybrid Cloud/on-prem environments.
• Working knowledge of IT Security Best Practices for Unreal add-ons and generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with Threat Modeling, network security, and offensive/defensive security frameworks/tools.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and manual exploitation techniques.
• Red Team experience is a plus.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position in Los Angeles is $140,000 – $160,000. The salary offered may vary based on the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and relevant expertise.
