About the role

The Lead Infant Teacher will be responsible for leading a team of infant teachers, providing high-quality care and education to infants aged 0-12 months. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for early childhood development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of infant teachers
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for infants
• Assess and document each infant’s developmental progress
• Collaborate with parents to support their child’s growth and development
• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for infants
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with infants
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
• Experience with infant development and care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of infant nutrition and safety guidelines
• Experience with infant feeding and diapering
